05 Meet your inspector
Jade LaFleur
In 2007, Jade and his wife bought their first home and skipped the inspection. A few weeks later, while they were at the hospital waiting on the birth of their third daughter, heavy rain flooded their sunroom. What looked like an attic door was hiding a roof leak.
That lesson became his mission. He earned his inspector license in 2013, launched Haven Home Inspections in Lafayette in 2018, and still leads every inspection himself, treating each home as if his own family were moving in.
